Jason Devin is the Chief Operating Officer of Ben Bronz Academy. Jason joined Ben Bronz in September of 2000, starting as a member of the office support team of what was then known as The Learning Incentive, Inc. Growing with the company, in 2010, Jason was promoted to Assistant Business Manager and subsequently to Business Manager in 2014.

In 2015, Jason migrated the business from The Learning Incentive, Inc. to the non-profit organization Ben Bronz Foundation, Inc., and was appointed Chief Operating Officer by the Board of Directors in 2017. That same year Jason led Ben Bronz in its relocation from the campus of the American School for the Deaf to 11 Wampanoag Drive in West Hartford. He performed all the project management and general contracting duties in the renovation of the building, serving a lead role in coordinating and executing the move.

Jason is a Will J. Hancock Unsung Hero Award 2020 recipient and is the author of Pivot-Ready Technology for the independent school business publication Net Assets.
