The Learning Incentive

What is the difference between Ben Bronz Academy and The Learning Incentive?

The Learning Incentive originally began as a small tutoring service in 1983, but after encouragement from parents and colleagues, Aileen Stan-Spence and Ian Spence decided to open a full day school. Ben Bronz Academy opened as a division of The Learning Incentive, Inc. in 1985, and since that time received State of Connecticut approval as a Private Special Education Program. The Learning Incentive, Inc. also continued expanding its services to include other non-State approved programs (Study Skills, CyberSlate®, summer camp, and more).

Starting in the summer of 2015, Ben Bronz Academy and all other programming formerly under The Learning Incentive, Inc. will now be operated by the nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization Ben Bronz Foundation, Inc.
